02. Trade Marketing

We aim to continue in the expansion of our business blueprint in the Greater China region through an omnichannel retail strategy. Firstly, the group operates an extensive network of retail and distribution outlets for its offline retail arm. Secondly, a diversified investment strategy for products and channels is adopted to support the sustainable and steady growth of the business in the various markets. Finally, the group’s OEM operations and expertise in procurement from overseas can be tapped into and converged with its retail know-how, to provide other players in the pharmaceutical industry with medical, health care products and so on at wholesale.

03. Cross-border E-commerce

Royal Shalom’s supply chain has developed at a swift pace, thanks to the strong foundation of the company’s Hong Kong headquarter and the support lent by favourable national policies. Apart from its own e-commerce platform, the group has also embarked on several partnership agreements with renowned listed companies. By developing a robust O2O business model, we can ensure that our products can reach our target audience most effectively, and build up the brand awareness rapidly.
